All purchases are considered final at the time of sale. If a product is damaged after leaving the store, Conscious Chrysalis, LLC is not responsible for the replacement of that product. All services are non - refundable once the service has been performed.
All appointments are held for 10 minutes ONLY
No-show appointments are subject to a $50 or 50% cost of services fee, whichever is least.
Cancellations must be made no later than 2 hours in advance and rescheduling any previous no-show appointments is at the sole discretion of the owner or practitioner.
There is a deposit required to book any service through the website.
All deposits are applied to the final cost of the service or products, but are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Any deposit previously paid on a no-show appointment will go toward the cost of the no-show fee and will not be applied to future appointments.
